Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a live chat agent, customer service representative, or similar.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy to manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating challenging situations.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering an outstanding service experience.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is highly advantageous.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience or knowledge of the construction or roofing industry is a plus but not required.
