About The Position

Oyster Hr, Inc is seeking a dedicated and articulate Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. In this Full-Time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries through our digital channels. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication skills who is passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience. This position is based in North Carrollton, Mississippi, United States.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with live chat or digital communication.
Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
A patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.
The ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner via live chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise the customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant teams to improve our products and services.
