About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team at Woodland Dental Group with a competitive pay of $23/hr. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with our patients through our website's live chat feature. You will have the opportunity to provide top-notch customer service and assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office
• Proficient in using live chat software and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately record patient information
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
• Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure quality patient interactions

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner
