Requirements

3–5 years of experience in live event production.

Responsibilities

Partner with account and creative leads, actively participating in client strategy and status meetings.
Build, coordinate, and manage strong relationships with very senior-level clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors.
Understand the event in its entirety and make sound decisions accordingly.
Manage project budgets and timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives, strategy, and creative requirements are clearly understood and followed.
Effectively manage costs by negotiating with clients, venues, and vendors.
Work with the Corporate Events team to ensure A/V requirements align with the creative vision and project scope.
Coordinate all event content elements and production logistics.
Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to make updates and changes under pressure.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to produce flawless events while consistently exceeding client expectations.
Oversee the onsite execution of the event.
Own all client post-event deliverables.
