About The Position

The Littleford Blender Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. This role involves performing various functions to ensure efficient and safe production operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weigh conversion.
• Ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the department.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate lift trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Weigh ingredients using Metric/American weigh conversion.
• Accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the department.
• Accurately follow blending sequence and maintain blending efficiencies.
• Legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by TreeHouse Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
