About The Position

MSX International is seeking automotive technical experts to assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters concerning automotive technical issues. This role involves liaising with legal counsel to coordinate and participate in lemon law seminars, and performing vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes. The day-to-day responsibilities include local travel to designated dealerships, reviewing technical cases, reporting findings to legal counsel, and supporting legal case compilation.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required.
Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools.
Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.
Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates.
Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

ASE certified technician.
BA degree or current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
