Requirements

• Business or Accounting diploma
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft 365 (ex, excel, word, etc.)
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• CPA or CPA Student is an asset
• Client service experience is considered an asset
• Interest in pursuing related industry designation (CBV, CFF, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of analysis, calculations and drafting of reports for various litigation and valuation matters, including: Personal injury damage quantification, Damage quantification and business valuations for commercial litigation and family law, Business valuations for CBM clients, Forensic accounting analysis, Insurance claim quantification.
• Conducting industry and market research and reviewing case law to keep up with industry trends.
• Communication with lawyers, clients and other professionals.
• Participation in business development activities (attending conferences and events and actively pursuing new clients).
• Assisting with updates and improvements to templates.
