About The Position

Winston Taylor is seeking a practice attorney to join its litigation practice. This is a non-partnership track position. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience, with a preference for German fluency. We are looking for attorneys with experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation, possessing excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Candidates should demonstrate robust case management and research abilities, along with experience litigating matters through all phases, particularly in federal courts, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. While Los Angeles is the preferred location, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location. Requirements

• Three to five years of litigation experience.
• Experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
