The firm has grown significantly, from 16 attorneys in 2 offices to 250 attorneys in 25 offices across the country, while maintaining its commitment to excellence in both its staff and services. The Phoenix, AZ office is expanding and is actively seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with 3 to 5 years of paralegal litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be interested in career growth within a team that values open and honest communication, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years paralegal litigation experience
  • Proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Arizona
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and implement urgent tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain self-directed, self-motivated and effectively work under tight time constraints
  • Ability to consistently create and deliver quality work products
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro)
  • Demonstrated efficiency navigating the internet
