About The Position

We’re looking for a rockstar litigation paralegal with an eagle-eye for spotting issues and a natural ability to solve problems to join our high-performance litigation team. At our firm, paralegals play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people and are deeply appreciated. This is an opportunity to shine, as part of a collaborative team. No two days are the same. You’ll work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases, as you gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule depositions/mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more. Your job is to think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth. It’s exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on cases and clients’ lives.

Requirements

• 5+ years personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh NC
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays

Nice To Haves

• Plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation experience preferred
