A nationally recognized defense firm in Seattle is seeking a senior litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a very strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
• Some Casualty practice experience
• High attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience analyzing and summarizing medical records
• Experience preparing subpoenas
• Experience with discovery requests and responses
• Experience conducting background and fact investigations
• Proficiency with Relativity
• Proficiency with Westlaw
• Proficiency with Case Notebook
• Proficiency with Eclipse
• Proficiency with Sanction
• Proficiency with Trial Pad
• Proficiency with CourtTrax

Responsibilities

• Document reviews and organization
• Assessing evidence
• Document database management
• Witness interviews
• Investigation
• Analyzing and summarizing medical records
• Preparing subpoenas
• Discovery requests and responses
• Conducting background and fact investigations
• Assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials in Washington
