McCready Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a fully remote position, open to candidates located in Minnesota or Wisconsin. The role involves supporting attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation, ensuring cases progress efficiently from filing to resolution. Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with case management systems preferred
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned litigation caseload under attorney supervision
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate filings, service of process, and court deadlines
- Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and litigation materials
- Organize and manage discovery production
- Support trial preparation, exhibits, and hearing materials
- Communicate with attorneys, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
