The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience to support a growing team. A background in insurance defense is preferred, and Bodily Injury experience is highly desirable. This position requires in-person attendance and is not a remote role. Requirements

3+ years of experience.
Civil Litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience.
Prior experience managing attorney calendars/scheduling.
Prior experience drafting legal documents including standardized letters, pleadings and reports.
Working knowledge of Florida court procedures.
Familiarity with e-service and e-filing.
Competent and proficient in the use of Word.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines.
Ability to follow up on items.
Detail oriented.
Goal oriented.
