Litigation Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) Specialist
About The Position
We are hiring a Litigation Electronic Discovery Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include working closely with the litigation team and clients to identify, analyze, and preserve ESI (electronically stored information) ensuring electronic data, (such as emails, text messages, audio/video files, and documents), are collected, processed, analyzed and reviewed securely and legally. Interfaces with internal firm personnel to support their use of Sheehan’s Electronic Discovery tools and follows protocols to load, process, index, and manage document productions in the Reveal environment along with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent with 2 years of experience operating in a hands-on litigation support services role
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proven experience working with internal and external customers/clients
Nice To Haves
- Law school graduates with document review experience
- Prior work at a law firm and/or corporate legal department
- Project management skills and experience
