About The Position
Join Our Team as a Litigation Attorney at Axiom. We are seeking a Consumer Arbitration & Litigation attorney to support a leading financial services client with a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitrations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys active case management, litigation strategy, and direct advocacy.
Requirements
- Active Florida bar license.
- Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Nice To Haves
- Arbitration experience, particularly consumer arbitration matters.
- Experience in consumer financial services, debt-related disputes, or similar litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution.
- Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy.
- Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management.
- Represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Effectively manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution.
