About The Position
Kim IP, a New Jersey-based intellectual property law firm, is seeking a full-time or part-time IP Litigation Counsel or Partner to join our established and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to expand their practice within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We are looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates with strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collegial and fast-paced setting. Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, including Federal Court litigation
- J.D. required; admission to the New Jersey State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
- Portable book of business required
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience preferred
- Prior intellectual property litigation experience involving patents, trademarks, and related IP matters preferred
