About The Position
Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm, in business for over 30 years, is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join our firm. Experience in either Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury is acceptable. The ideal Attorney will have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and understand the Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement. You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own case load.
Requirements
- Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law
- Understanding of Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement
- Experience in Motion Hearings
- Experience Taking and Defending Depositions
- Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedure
- Experience with the Discovery process
- Experience with Negotiations
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Defense Personal Injury is acceptable
