What You’ll Actually Do This is a litigation-forward role with significant responsibility. You will: Draft EEOC charges and position statements Prepare and file federal complaints Develop case strategy and theory from intake through trial Draft and respond to written discovery Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions (including summary judgment) Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations Prepare cases for trial Communicate directly with sophisticated clients Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to move cases efficiently You will not simply “assist.” You will own cases with supervision, strategy sessions, and feedback.
