About The Position
The Accident Guys is a California plaintiff personal injury firm founded in 2015 with headquarters in Los Angeles. This role involves managing a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake to resolution, including strategy, depositions, motions, and client management. The position is on-site full-time at the LA headquarters and is not open to remote work or visa sponsorship. An active California bar license is required.
Requirements
- 1-9 yrs PI/civil litigation experience (sweet spot 2-6 years)
- Plaintiff-side experience
- Comfortable with the full litigation lifecycle
- Active California bar license
- US citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume plaintiff PI caseload intake to resolution: strategy, depositions, motions, client management
- Own your litigation practice; outcomes drive comp
- Work with case managers, paralegals, ops
- Litigation strategy against insurers using firm's referral network
- Depositions, motions, court appearances
