About The Position
Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom. We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to work with our F100 clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment
- The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside
Nice To Haves
- Experience with database management of litigation materials.
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
- Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.
- Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters.
