About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to manage a significant portfolio of auto accident and tort litigation. We are seeking candidates with experience that aligns with the following key responsibilities: (a) engaging with and overseeing outside counsel, (b) serving as an intermediary between the business and outside counsel, (c) coordinating claims management with our internal risk management team and third-party insurers, (d) establishing litigation budgets and financial reserves, and (e) providing data-driven insights to business leaders to actively mitigate future litigation risk and claim exposure.

Requirements

Experience managing a significant portfolio of auto accident and tort litigation
Experience engaging with and overseeing outside counsel
Experience serving as an intermediary between the business and outside counsel
Experience coordinating claims management with internal risk management teams and third-party insurers
Experience establishing litigation budgets and financial reserves
Experience providing data-driven insights to business leaders to actively mitigate future litigation risk and claim exposure
