Requirements
- Nevada-licensed attorney
- At least three years of litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials

Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and independently manage significant matters
- Research and analyze sophisticated legal issues
- Develop and execute discovery strategies
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage document-intensive litigation
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare cases for trial
- Work directly with clients and develop long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas
- Build and expand your own practice with the support of the firm’s business-development and marketing resources
