We are looking to hire a Litigation Attorney with five plus years of relevant experience. Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant litigation experience
• In-depth knowledge of managing and resolving insurance defense and complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
• Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
• Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
• Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
• Show initiative and seek responsibility

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities
• Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients
• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation
• Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development
