Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of licensed experience. Specifically, we are interested in candidates for our Chicago location to join our medical malpractice group. Requirements
- overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings
- Trial and appellate experience are also valued
- Possessing excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills
- maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas
