Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in Colorado
Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation and/or medical malpractice
Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
Demonstratable trial experience in complex cases
Excellent negotiation skills – pushing back as needed
Highly organized with strong case management abilities
Written advocacy

Responsibilities

Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances
Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case strategies
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events, including our popular Friday happy hours
