The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Requirements

strong academic and professional credentials
proficiency in Microsoft Office
the ability to learn and use new software
an Illinois law license
a minimum of five years of litigation and trial experience

Responsibilities

defend litigated cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusion
provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issues
partner with claims supervisors to achieve the best results
