Requirements
- Tennessee Law License
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Five or more years of litigation and trial experience
- Jury trial experience
Nice To Haves
- Insurance defense experience (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Defend litigation cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and other personal lines and commercial insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusion.
- Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issues.
- Partner with claims supervisors to achieve the best results.
