Requirements

• between three and five years of litigation experience
• excellent academic credentials
• strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• experience in a mid to large law firm
• experience drafting pleadings and briefs
• experience conducting research
• experience managing traditional and electronic discovery
• experience assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions
• experience appearing before state and federal courts
• in good standing with the CA Bar

• Federal clerkship a plus
