Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
Strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong academic background.
Superior drafting and research skills.
Negotiation skills.
Ability to take on significant project responsibility.
Admitted to the Nevada bar.

Responsibilities
