About The Position
Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of SC civil litigation experience. You will represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial. Litigation experience developed real trial skills. You are empowered to step into the courtroom. You will get the autonomy to run your own cases early in your career. Active mentorship and strategic collaboration with our partners.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
- Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
