About The Position
Our client is a large, international law firm. They're looking for an Associate with litigation and trial experience who is proactive, organized, and brings strong oral advocacy, research, and writing skills.
Requirements
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and issue-spotting skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and recommendations for clients
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and other legal correspondence
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed
