About The Position

The Cleveland office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate with general commercial litigation experience. The individual hired for this position will be responsible for handling most aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions; legal research; arguing hearings; managing discovery requests and responses; taking and defending depositions; and assisting with trial preparations and trial. Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience at a top-tier firm and/or judicial clerkship
• Admission to the Ohio Bar
• JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record
• Excellent credentials
• Legal research
• Drafting legal documents
• Conducting discovery
• Significant and exceptional writing experience/skills
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-starter
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Display good judgment
• Work well under pressure
