About The Position

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have at least three years of litigation practice experience and an active Nevada bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred. The role requires experience with written discovery, including e-Discovery, and command of the Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure. Candidates should also have experience in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions, along with exceptional research and writing skills. Strong academic credentials, attention to detail, organization, a solid work ethic, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are important. The posted annual salary range is $190,000–$200,000 for a full-time schedule. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

At least 3 years of litigation practice experience.
Active Nevada bar license.
