Litigation Associate (Post-Clerkship)
About The Position
Fenwick & West is seeking current federal judicial clerks with one to three years of experience to join our Litigation practice group after clerking. This is an outstanding opportunity for early-career litigators to work alongside leading lawyers on complex, precedent-setting matters for some of the world’s most innovative technology and life sciences companies. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling a diverse docket spanning intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and high-value general commercial litigation. Associates at Fenwick are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one.
Requirements
- Current federal judicial clerks
- One to three years of experience
- Barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
- Cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample submitted with application.
- Term of clerkship included in cover letter.
- Indicate availability to join in cover letter.
