Buchalter is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in complex commercial and employment litigation at a large, preferably national law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in sophisticated litigation matters, including contract disputes and fraud cases. Requirements

3+ years of experience in complex commercial and employment litigation at a large, preferably national law firm
Experience in sophisticated litigation matters, including contract disputes and fraud cases
Strong background in litigation practice
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Overall track record of high-quality work
Hardworking, self-motivated, detail-oriented
Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities
Admitted to the State Bar of California
