About The Position

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout the Philadelphia market. This role involves handling product liability, toxic tort, asbestos, or complex commercial litigation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm
  • Experience handling product liability, toxic tort, asbestos, or other high-volume litigation matters
  • Experience representing manufacturers, distributors, insurers, or other corporate clients in state and federal courts
  • Experience taking and defending depositions, managing fact and expert discovery, and preparing cases for trial
  • Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery responses, case summaries, and other litigation documents
  • Experience managing direct communications with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
  • Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
