About The Position

The Jacksonville office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense, premises liability, and/or bodily injury experience is highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as strong and persuasive oral advocacy. This role offers the opportunity to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm, providing excellent customer service to clients with a client-first mindset. The position requires a highly organized individual with a clear and concise communication style, who is a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. The candidate must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
• Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
