About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. They are seeking experienced attorneys to join their team in the Maryland office. The firm offers a challenging opportunity within a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment, providing meaningful work to expand professional experience. The position can be filled in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

Requirements

• Current and active MD Bar membership in good standing.
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in MD but open to all candidates with relevant skills.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.
