About The Position
HRforGrowth® is engaged as the exclusive talent acquisition partner to conduct this search on behalf of a client organization that is hiring for this role. The role is for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model. The practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, Public Law, Administrative Law, and Appellate Litigation. The compensation ranges from $160,000–$195,000 base, depending on location and experience. Final offer will be based on the candidate's location, experience, and qualifications.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the state where the role is based (California for San Francisco/Newport Beach, Virginia for Alexandria, Florida for West Palm Beach, Texas for Austin)
- Candidates not yet admitted in the relevant state but eligible for admission by waiver, reciprocity, or upcoming exam may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience handling matters in state and/or federal court
- Experience drafting dispositive motions
- Discovery management experience

Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
- Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
- Manage assigned cases with increasing independence
- Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions
- Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
