About The Position

Language Trainers, an international language training company founded in 2004, is seeking a Lithuanian teacher for a client in Birmingham, Alabama. The company specializes in customized language training for professionals and private students for various purposes. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one conversational course with a total of 100 hours, consisting of two-hour sessions, twice per week. The schedule and location (teacher's office or public location) are flexible. The student is a beginner, aged 18-24, motivated by family heritage. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The company does not sponsor visas.

Requirements

• Native Lithuanian speaker and/or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Ability to live within 20 miles of Birmingham, Alabama.
• Ability to submit CV with references, availability, and earliest possible start date.
• Must meet stated conditions and be able to apply without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one conversational Lithuanian language training.
