About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litho Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, 55428. As a Litho Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. If you have a passion for printing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! This is a Weekend Shift, running Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Proficient in Sheet Fed Offset Printing Machines & technologies.
Experience with Large Format Printing Equipment (Roland, Komori).

Nice To Haves

Technical training in printing technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses.
Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of printed materials.
Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
