About The Position

The Litho Coater Operator prepares ink and operates and maintains coating and lithographing equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role includes setting up, changing, adjusting, and cleaning rollers, offset plates, blankets, coating-machine rollers, and sheet-metal feeders; matching colors to required standards; and handling production materials. The operator also lubricates the sheet feeder and offset lithographing press, trains crew members, and alternates tasks with the Assistant Litho Pressman to support learning the Litho Pressman duties and procedures. The position follows plant food-safety procedures. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, and the employee must be able to work any shift. Overtime is available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to work any shift.
Ability to perform the listed duties proficiently.

Responsibilities
