About The Position
White Pine Elementary in Burley, Idaho, is seeking an energetic, motivated individual who enjoys working with children. This full-time position is 33 hours per week. The paraeducator supports elementary-age students through small-group instruction and one-on-one tutoring and assists with the Imagine Learning computer program. Salary is based on the current-year paraeducator salary schedule, with placement determined by paraeducator experience and education.
Requirements
- Have 32 educational credits, an associate degree, or the ability to pass the ParaPro Test.
- Be energetic, motivated, and enjoy working with children.
Responsibilities
- Provide small-group instruction to elementary-age students.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring.
- Assist with the Imagine Learning computer program.
