The Listings Coordinator will be responsible for managing all active listings once they are live, ensuring accuracy across all platforms. This role involves processing price changes, photo updates, and listing removals, as well as updating brochures and listing materials. The coordinator will maintain the internal listings website (via Buildout) and ensure accuracy across third-party platforms like CoStar, Crexi, and LoopNet. A key part of the role is performing Quality Assurance (QA) on listings to ensure consistency across platforms, brochures, and marketing materials, and conducting periodic audits to verify accuracy and completeness. The Listings Coordinator will also track brochure and listing update dates, proactively flag stale listings, and coordinate updates with brokers. Maintaining organized and up-to-date listing folders for brokers is also a core responsibility. In terms of marketing execution, the role includes executing listing-specific social media posts, coordinating signage removals, managing handwritten note campaigns from start to finish, and ordering marketing mailers/postcards through third-party vendors. Additionally, the Listings Coordinator will provide backup support for the Sr Manager, Operations, manage incoming broker requests, maintain visibility into the task queue, ensure consistent coverage of broker needs, and manage key boxes for local listings.
