Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills are required to complete necessary daily tasks.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others.
• 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and communicating with guests, answering phones, and performing all POS transactions efficiently.
• Provides an enjoyable employee environment by practicing teamwork.
• Enforces operation procedures by teaching and assisting in opening and closing procedures and daily retail duties.
• Maintains communication skills by providing written and verbal instructions, providing positive reinforcement, resolving conflict, and sharing company and department information.
• Maintains inventory by assisting with weekly cycle counts, receiving, and checking in merchandise, completing store transfers, submitting tag requests. And monitoring shrinkage and theft.
• Supports staff duties by assisting with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Maintains store quality by restocking and correctly merchandising product.
• Provides a safe work environment by following safety procedures and completing weekly safety training.
