About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store in Northtowne Square in Gibsonia. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store while leading and developing a dedicated team.

Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Five years of supervisory retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and guide staff to meet daily goals
Coach employees and support their growth through training and feedback
Advance sales efforts by managing inventory, stocking products, and assisting customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for staff and customers
Follow all laws, regulations, and policies related to alcohol sales
Handle cash, track sales, and keep accurate records
