We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 2A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store on Hilltop Plaza in Kittanning. Why Join Us? Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years of lead or supervisory retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Plan store needs, assign tasks, and guide staff to follow policies and procedures
Provide support to customers and ensure friendly and helpful service
Coach employees, review performance, and offer training opportunities
Allocate store resources to improve efficiency and support sales goals
Maintain product displays, check signage, and support promotional activities
