Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or an Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year of lead retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and compliance with store policies and all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to alcohol sales
Guide, train, and motivate staff; assign tasks and review work
Address questions, resolve issues, and help maintain a positive shopping experience
Help the General Manager with merchandise management, cash accounting, and record maintenance
Assist with tracking stock levels, anticipating store needs, and maintaining product displays
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff
