About The Position

Brookhaven Market is looking for a full-time Liquor Department Manager to keep our liquor department running smoothly, stocked smartly, and shopped happily—right here onsite in Burr Ridge, IL. This role exists to deliver a standout selection while staying buttoned-up on alcohol laws and company standards. Key responsibilities include managing daily department operations; maintaining inventory levels; ordering and receiving deliveries; building clean, attention-grabbing displays; running seasonal promotions; and tracking sales, margin, and shrink to hit department goals. You’ll also be the go-to for friendly, spot-on product recommendations.

Requirements

• Retail experience (liquor sales preferred)
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to stand/walk for a full shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ years of age

• Keeping an eye on numbers and notes to adjust for tomorrow
