About The Position

The Liquidation Associate will be responsible for executing detailed inspections of returned equipment and materials to determine functional status. This role involves testing basic functionality, documenting and photographing assets, writing product descriptions, and preparing sold items for shipment. The associate will also maintain a clean workspace, move inventory, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or equipment refurbishment environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Physical capability to safely lift and move objects weighing 50 lbs or more consistently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed inspections of returned equipment and materials to determine functional status.
  • Test basic functionality (power on, component check)
  • Document and capture clear photographs of assets, highlighting any cosmetic defects
  • Write accurate product descriptions
  • Pick, pack, and label sold items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Physically move and stock inventory, tools, and supplies as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet critical project and operational deadlines.
  • Follow all detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
